Hi my name is Sandra, and for the last 25+ years, I have been a professional early childhood in-home educator, working from my home in Taita. Having children of my own, now all adults, I have continued providing care and education for other families. I hold a Level 3 Certificate in Early Childhood Education and a current First Aid Certificate. I actively engage in internal and external professional learning and development opportunities. I am very passionate about children, and I love my job as an in-home educator. I extend play and learning by providing and supporting a safe, happy, and fun environment. My home is well set up with resources readily available to support and encourage the play and learning of the child's individual interest. I also am an active member of the local (and wider) learning community, often enjoying trips to the local community playgroups, Nurtured at Home playgroups, parks, the river as well as the library. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into our learning environment.
