Kia ora, my name is Peta. I am an experienced educator, providing care and education for young children in a home-based environment for over 10 years. My 4 children and 4 grandchildren enjoy spending time at my place, as we are a close and supportive family, and there are many different activities and toys for the children to play with. I have an extensive range of indoor and outdoor resources to provide learning experiences for children of all ages. I attend community playgroups, music groups, and explore the beautiful natural environment that Rotorua has to offer. I also attend children's community events and arrange time with other educators so that children can experience social interactions within a larger group. I am experienced with providing care and education for children with additional learning needs and interacting with the different supporting agencies. The wide range of activities and experiences that I provide cater for a wide range of young children and therefore, I have children in care from babies through to school age.
