Cushla has a real passion for in-home care and education, and has 14+ years experience as an educator. She has a Level 4 Certificate in Early Child Education and Care. She is very nurturing and places importance on developing responsive, reciprocal, and communicative relationships with children and their families. She has amazing, safe, secure environments both inside and outside with lots of toys and resources to support children of all ages. Cushla has a wonderful reputation in the community and loves to take the children on outings to playgroups, music group, playgrounds, and parks.
