My name is Audrey and I provide a safe and caring environment, with a wide variety of activities catering to individual children's needs, where they are respected and allowed to unfold naturally at their own pace. I believe it is important for children to develop confidence and trust in themselves as well as others, and I aim to help them feel that they can make things happen by encouraging exploration and curiosity. Through regular observations and planning, I work alongside parents and families to facilitate their children's learning through physical, emotional and social development. I believe that home-based care provides the best learning environment for a child's early years, although I also network with other educators to provide larger group social participation, and we attend community activities such as Omni gym, playgroups and music groups, along with visits to local parks and playgrounds.
