Hi, I’m Alex, an in-home educator with Nurtured at Home and a mum to two children, my son is in collage, and my daughter is in primary school. I’ve been working as an educator for nearly 10 years, after previously working in kindergarten. I’m passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, loved, and truly at home.
We have a very social and active routine, heading out most mornings to activities such as playgroup, music, library, kindy gym, the beach, parks, and more. I believe these experiences help children build confidence, friendships, and a love for learning. My goal is to create a “home away from home” where children feel a strong sense of belonging, while parents feel comfortable, supported, and confident leaving their little ones in my care.
